We will get to know your company.
We ask questions. Frankly, we ask a lot of questions. We do this because it's not about us, it's about you. And the more we know about your business, your competitors, your customers, what's unique about your company, and your goals; the better job we can do of creating effective marketing campaigns that will work for you. Only when we feel we really understand you will we go to work on a plan.
We will develop a creative plan and a marketing plan.
We're driven by creativity, but we're grounded in what's practical. Yes, we love to win awards for our creative and we have quite a few; but awards don't ring your cash register. That's why, ain all that we do, we ground ourselves in what's proven, and what works.
We will execute the plan.
Even the best strategy is only as good as it's execution. So we personally execute everything we touch. We want to take responsiblitily for seeing it through and communicating with you along the way.
Together, we will track the results.
There are many things we can track without you, but also need your help. We measure our success by the customers we keep. Most of our clients have been with us for more than five years.
We will make changes and tweak the plan to make it work better.
Marketing is a process. It is never done and it can always be improved upon. That's why we are always looking for ways to improve; to generate a little more response; to save a few more pennies.
